These terms govern the use of footballanalytics.pro ("the Service"), operated by swissdigital.life, Switzerland (info@swissdigital.life). By using the Service you accept them. Paid features are additionally subject to the conditions shown at purchase.

The Service publishes probabilities produced by a statistical model and a record of how past predictions settled. This is information, not advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to place a bet, an offer of gambling, or a guarantee of any outcome or return. Past performance, including any positive return shown, is no indication of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. It is your responsibility to know whether sports betting is legal where you live and to comply with local law. The Service does not accept or place bets.

The Service is provided as is. Fixtures, results and odds come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong; the model can be wrong. We do not warrant availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose, and we may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service, including financial loss from betting decisions, lost profits or indirect damage. Mandatory liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, bulk-download or resell the data, interfere with the Service, or present its output as your own or as a guaranteed product. Team names and crests belong to their owners.

Accounts are personal and must be kept secure. Subscription prices, billing periods and cancellation are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at purchase; payments are handled by Stripe. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator in Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that give you a different forum. We may update these terms; the current version with its date is always published on this page.
