Privacy policy

footballanalytics.pro ("the Service", "we") is operated by swissdigital.life, based in Switzerland. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@swissdigital.life. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, the GDPR.

• Public pages: server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and error diagnosis. Aggregated, cookieless page-view analytics.
• Account holders: the email address and name you provide when registering, your language and theme preferences, and your subscription status.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Advertising: if the Google Ads tag is enabled, Google may set a cookie to measure ad conversions. We do not run ads on this site.

• To deliver the pages you request and keep the Service secure (legitimate interest).
• To manage your account and subscription (performance of a contract).
• To answer your messages (legitimate interest).
• To measure aggregate usage and ad campaigns (consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest).

These providers process data on our behalf under contract. Some are located outside Switzerland and the EU; transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

The public site stores your chosen theme and language in your browser's local storage; this never leaves your device. Signed-in areas use a session cookie. Google Ads measurement, when enabled, uses cookies you can refuse or delete in your browser.

Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within a reasonable period after you ask us to close it, unless the law requires longer retention (for example accounting records).

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, request portability of data you gave us, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their supervisory authority; Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We update this policy when the Service or the law changes and always publish the current version here, with the date above.
